Newton Perkins is a leading commercial property consultancy based in the City of London. The brief was to modernise the Newton Perkins’ brand, while still nodding to its legacy and 100 years of expertise, and to highlight their specialized focus on properties located in EC3.
The solution champions architectural details of the Gherkin to create a modern and graphical identity.
The new Newton Perkins logo has been specially designed to communicate a positive and dynamic image of our organisation. Thin, modern, precise letterforms revealing the shape of the Gherkin windows within the joining of the two N’s.
The shape can function as a single element to be used as a framing device or as multiple elements combined to create a pattern.
The illustrations are stylised using clean lines to create a modern and dynamic aesthetic whilst still nodding to its legacy and 100 years of expertise in London.
